Focus Group | Cost of Living | March 2023

On the 7th March, we hosted a Cost-of-Living focus group.  This event was in partnership with Women’s Support Network to find out the impact that the Cost-of-Living crisis is having on women. Those who attended completed a questionnaire and talked about their mental health, debt, benefit system, inflation, and the extortionate rise in the basic essentials that they need to live.

Community support was essential in helping these women survive, Social Supermarkets, food banks, Hens Shed, breakfast clubs, School Uniform drives, warm hubs, etc. These services are the only way that that people are surviving right now.
