Welcome Syrian Women & Children to Women’s Centre Derry

Women Centre Derry was pleased to give a warm

welcome to a group of women and children from Syria and Somalia. This event took place September 8th and was the first of many prospective meetings. The women were pleased to engage with us and we were delighted to host them.

Women’s Centre Derry has a programme of education and language activities to meet the differentiated needs of this group. In the coming weeks and months we hope to build and strengthen our links with our BME sisters and their families.
